• Return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since purchase, we are unable to offer a refund, replacements, or exchanges.

* Returns/exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons

1. Change of mind after 30 days from purchase.
2. The product is not in its original condition due to damage or missing contents.
3. The product is not working properly for any reason other than our error
4. The value of the item has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption.
5. The value of the product has significantly decreased due to the opening of the product packaging.
6. Any reasons allowed by applicable federal and state laws.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, and the product must be in undamaged condition. Also, it must be in its original packaging without any missing contents.
• Products are unable to be exchanged. For exchange, you must return the product you do not want and place a new order with desired product.
• Customer will only receive a refund for the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.
• If you made a purchase outside of https://bofriendsus.com, you must contact the seller for a return.
• All promotional gift products are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

• For returns, please follow the steps below.

1. Please contact ( support@bofriendsus.com ) with the reason for the return and the product information you wish to return.
2. Please wait for a response from our customer service representative. We respond within 1-2 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be made to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

 * Restocking Fee

• If free shipping was paid for by BO FRIENDS US upon purchase, $6.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover freight and restocking fees.
