Shipping & Delivery

• We offer Free Shipping on US domestic (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam) orders with $(  75    ) minimum purchase.
• Once an order has been placed, shipping information cannot be changed. We are also unable to modify the order or cancel product(s) in the order.
• Within the US, standard shipping delivery will arrive in 3-8 business days from the date of shipment. International delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. (Please note that weekends and holidays are not included.)
• Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends.
• Please be advised that we are unable to ship to PO Box locations, APO/FPO addresses for any U.S. Territory or international addresses.
• Packages returned to the INTECO warehouse due to its incorrect shipping information (e.g. name, address, etc.) will be given a refund only for the product(s) without the shipping fees.
• Packages lost or stolen in transit will require investigation and an affidavit signed by the customer in the case a refund is to be issued.
• Please note that circumstances that are out of our control such as natural disasters, holidays, etc. may result in delays in order delivery.
• The recipient of the order is responsible for any Customs fees, taxes imposed by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.
• In the case a product is out of stock or unavailable, orders with the product may not be shipped out until a customer service representative contacts the customer for further instructions.
